How Long it will take to Deliver my Order?
The order delivery timeline depends upon your area and the time of order. As we don’t provide same-day delivery, if you order before 2:00 PM, your order will be delivered on the next day. If you order after 2:00 PM, your order will be delivered after next day.
Do you Deliver all over Japan?
National Mart provides home delivery services all over Japan. The shipping charges vary for each prefecture.

What if I have received the Wrong/Damaged order?

How do you send frozen items?
Our partnered delivery service provider delivers frozen items in cool storage delivery, reaching your doorstep with special care.
What is the National Mart’s Return Policy?
Once an order has been dispatched it can’t be returned nor refunded. For the exceptional case of returning sale, the customer will have to bear the shipping charge for the re-delivery.
Can I get a refund for my order?
No, once the order has been shipped, we do not offer any refunds. You can request a refund prior to shipping from our store. As for Credit Card payments, a 3.6% processing fee will be charged that we owe to our payment gateway provider. We always have the right to refuse a refund request after investigating the case accordingly.
